I get an error when purchasing, what should I do?

Errors in purchasing come from two sources: DragonSoul, and your payment provider.

If you are getting an error from Google, Apple, or Amazon, please contact them via the following means:

If the error is with DragonSoul, please use the in game support option for Payments. Please include any Google transaction ID, if you have it, and/or screenshots of the error if possible.
